The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill to amend the Law “On Agricultural Cooperation”

The bill (Reg. No. 11221) presupposes a new version of the current law. Particularly, part one of article 52 of the Economic Code refers agricultural service cooperatives to the non-profit economic agents; and article 86 of the Civil Code refers agricultural service cooperatives to non-entrepreneurial companies.
